BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA, June 14 – Daniel Corporation, one of the Sunbelt Region’s most active real estate development, management, and investment firms, along with Seavest Healthcare Properties, a leading investment manager focused on the medical office and outpatient facility sector, announced today they have completed the core and shell construction of their second major physicians office building (POB) on the Grandview Medical Center campus in Birmingham: Grandview Physicians Plaza II. The five -story, 143,500 square foot Class-A medical office and ambulatory facility completes the primary medical campus for Grandview, adding jobs and providing a significant economic impact for the City of Birmingham.
Daniel, in partnership with Seavest, is the owner and developer for Grandview Physicians Plaza II. Grandview Medical Center has signed a long-term lease to be the anchor tenant for a significant portion of the building for physician offices and hospital services. The remaining two floors of Class-A space are being marketed for lease.

Grandview Physicians Plaza II is designed to support ease of access and a positive patient experience. The building is connected to Grandview Physicians Plaza I through an enclosed, elevated pedestrian bridge, providing POB II direct, indoor access to the hospital.
Daniel, along with Seavest, developed Grandview Physicians Plaza I in 2015. It is an eight-story, 207,588 square foot POB located between Grandview Medical Center and Grandview Physicians Plaza II. Grandview Physicians Plaza I is 99 percent leased, indicating the strong demand for state-of-the-art medical facilities at Grandview.
