Investing in women changing the game for people and planet.

Rethink Impact is the largest, US-based venture capital firm investing in female and non-binary leaders who are using technology to solve the world’s biggest problems. We believe the next generation of extraordinary companies run by women will find both social and financial success through relentless pursuit of mission. Through our extensive network of entrepreneurs, investors, and decision makers, we are building an ecosystem for female entrepreneurs to help solve the capital gap. We invest in companies focused on the future of health, environmental sustainability, education, and economic opportunity. They are the companies that will build a better, more equitable society.
