Associate or Senior Associate, Asset Management

The firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our team of over 30 professionals. The qualified person will assist with identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities, and   managing and optimizing the performance of existing assets. Responsibilities

The Associate or Senior Associate will be a generalist participating in a full range of investment and asset management activities, including:

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to help identify potential acquisition opportunities
  • Perform financial modeling and due diligence for prospective projects
  • Prepare variance and benchmark analysis for portfolio assets
  • Perform tenant underwriting and lease analysis for new tenants
  • Review financial statements and analyze healthcare tenant and/or hospital performance
  • Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for prospective projects
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of existing assets, including financial performance, leasing activity, and market conditions
  • Assist in developing annual business plans for portfolio assets
  • Assist with refinance or other capital transactions
  • Prepare information for investor reporting

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience performing similar responsibilities
  • Demonstrated understanding of real estate valuation and operations
  • Advanced knowledge of ARGUS and Excel
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple concurrent projects

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation, salary plus bonus. Range: $110,000 to $175,000 experience dependent
