Position: Project Management Associate

Location: White Plains, NY or New York, NY

 

Rethink Healthcare Real Estate (RTH) and Rethink Community (RTC), both wholly owned subsidiaries of Rethink Capital Partners, LLC, are seeking a Project Management Associate. RTH is a leading investment manager in the medical office building and outpatient facility sector, and RTC has a growing business investing in development projects that provide a quantifiable social impact to the communities where they are located. Through our activities, we strive to deliver strong financial returns for our investors and contribute to the betterment of society. Responsibilities 
The Associate will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of projects related to the strategies discussed above. This may include greenfield projects, substantial renovations, and tenant buildouts. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing or overseeing construction projects, strong interpersonal and writing skills, and a solid understanding of real estate fundamentals. Additional consideration will be given to candidates possessing financial analysis skills.

Duties

Project Management

  • Participate in the underwriting of new investments for RTC
  • Develop business plans for new projects and manage the implementation
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of each development in conformance with the business plan
  • Oversee property renovations and manage the build out of tenant spaces
  • Prepare information for management and investor reporting
  • Manage and validate construction and draw requests in conformance with agreements
  • Conduct periodic site visits

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of successful project deliveries
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with ARGUS software, Excel, and other MS Office suite programs
  • Highly organized and detailed and able to handle multiple concurrent projects

 

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation, salary plus bonus. Range $120,000 to $185,000 experience dependent
