Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Rethink Healthcare Real Estate team, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling team members to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Management of internal and external meeting schedules
  • Document team meetings (meeting minutes and logs)
  • Support development and maintenance of compliance documents
  • Assist in planning and coordinating team events and conference schedules
  • Manage expense documentation and submission for team members
  • Compile and organize documents for signatures and notarizations
  • Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-up
  • Provide onsite support at NYC office location twice a month

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Demonstrated professional office administration experience with a minimum of 5-8 years performing similar responsibilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Licensed NYS Notary a plus

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation, salary plus bonus. Range: $65K to $85K experience dependent
