Associate, Asset Management

Location: White Plains, NY

Rethink Healthcare Real Estate (“RHRE”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Rethink Capital Partners, LLC, is an investor, fund manager, and operator specializing in medical office buildings and outpatient facilities located throughout the United States. Through our activities, we strive to deliver strong financial returns for our investors while supporting community wellness through modern, efficient healthcare facilities. The firm is seeking an Associate to join our team of over 30 professionals.

Responsibilities

The Associate will be largely focused on asset management activities, including:

• Developing annual business plans for portfolio assets
• Valuing portfolio assets
• Inspecting portfolio assets
• Performing tenant underwriting and lease analysis for new tenants
• Reviewing financial statements and analyzing tenant performance
• Preparing information for investor reporting

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
• Minimum two years of experience performing similar responsibilities
• Demonstrated understanding of real estate valuation and operations
• Proficient using ARGUS and Excel
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple concurrent projects

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive compensation, salary plus bonus. Base Salary Range: $125,000 to $185,000 experience dependent
